The Pacers had their way with the Hornets this past Wednesday. The Hornets seemed to be completely outmached and did not shoot the ball well at all to top it off. It will be a rough matchup for the Hornets’ “PFs” tonight as nothing has changed in the Hornets lineup or gameplan for that matter. LaMelo has been fairly quiet lately, I expect him to have a great game and bring some much needed electricity to a fading Hornets team.

Sabonis and Turner will probably have good games but if the Hornets can stop the role players they will put themselves in a spot to be in the game down the stretch. I think my biggest hope for the Hornets tonight is that they are due to hit some shots and win a game.

Consistency – don’t let the Pacers run off 10 point streaks, need to hit some shots and make some stops in between.

Make the extra pass and hit their fucking shots

Defense – defend with some sense of meaning

Play with emotion and turn highlight plays into runs – When LaMelo throws and oop to Miles, turn that into a demoralizing run.

Play smart – If the Pacers play smart they’ll probably win, they are the better team with the better roster, even without a few starters.
